School Year Monthly Tuition Billing: The tuition charged on the 1st of the Month covers classes from the 9th of that month thru the 8th of the next month. Once enrolled, your class space is guaranteed for the entire school year with no re-registration necessary. We do have options that allow you to easily un-enroll after your first four consecutive months which are explained below. Tuition is billed on the first of the month for the school year class program.
Summer Program Billing: Billing is done at time of registration for our 8 week summer session or our summer camp programs. Summer programs are completely separate from our school year program. No summer program refunds after June 1st. Prior to June 1st, there is a $20 processing fee for summer withdraws.
Annual Class Registration Fee: This annual fee is billed once a year with your initial registration and then on your anniversary date each year thereafter that your family is actively enrolled. This is in addition to your monthly tuition. This fee is waived for additional family members.
How and when will I be billed?
You will be billed your first month's class tuition at time of registration to your credit card on file, and then on the 1st of the month thereafter. If you enroll in July/Aug for the school year which starts in September, your 2nd tuition payment is not charged until Oct. 1st which is your 2nd billing cycle. A consecutive four month minimum is required for your enrollment unless there are not 4 months left in the school year program. You will be automatically billed each month until you submit the easy form to Un-Enroll. May 1st will be the last tuition billed to class students for the school year program.
How do I Un-Enroll if I don’t want to continue in the monthly program?
You can submit an Un-Enrollment form after the first 4 consecutive months. No un-enrollments after March 20th for the school year program. An Un-Enrollment form must be received by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month's tuition. Un-enrollment will make your child inactive. The Un-Enrollment Form is available on the Forms tab.
There is a $20 fee for Un-Enrolling prior to the four consecutive month minimum. There is no fee for Un-Enrolling after your 4 consecutive months has been completed.
How do I Re-Enroll?
To re-enroll, you will need to sign up again on our website. We can not guarantee your child's spot, but welcome them to join the waitlist if your class choice is full and will notify you as soon as space becomes available.
What about holidays and months where there are more or less than 4 classes per month?
Monthly tuitions are based on a 9 month program with an average of 4 class times per month. There is no additional tuition if there are 5 class times in a month or no reduced tuition if there are 3. Monthly tuition will not be reduced due to holidays or gym closings as these are averaged into your monthly tuition. Holiday closings are Halloween evening, Thanksgiving Thurs thru Sunday, Holiday break Dec. 24-Jan. 1st, Easter Sunday, and Memorial Weekend Sat thru Mon.
