FRANK YAPPS SCHOLARSHIP FUND
BIRTHDAY PARTIES!

Our birthday parties include 1 1/2 hours of fun, fun fun for your birthday child and up to 14 friends.  

  • Our parties include 60 minutes of active play in our gym 
  • 30 minutes downstairs in our lounge for refreshments and gift opening.  (Parties may be extended to include 60 minutes in our birthday party room for an additional $10.00, if you wish to more time for refreshments and gift opening. This needs to be scheduled in advance. If you are planning more than cake and ice cream, we recommend extending your time.)
  • Two hour parties MAY be scheduled for an additional fee of $10.00, if you wish to have more time for refreshments and gift opening. This needs to be scheduled IN ADVANCE. If you are planning more than cake and ice cream, we recommend extending your time.  

Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to party time.

 

What does a party cost?

  • $175.00 for Members

  • $185.00 for Non-Members

How many party guests may attend?

  • Party price includes up to 15 participants including the Birthday Child.
  • Additional Guests may attend for $7.00 per guest. We need to be notified in advance if you are going to have more than 15 participants. (Guests include any child participating in the gym activities.)

Payment is DUE at time of scheduling. Money is refundable (minus a $30 scheduling fee) up to 2 weeks prior to the party.Parties cancelled due to bad weather will be rescheduled.

WHEN CAN WE SCHEDULE A PARTY?

Saturdays at 3:30 or 5:00 

                 Sundays at 1:00;  2:30;  4:00; or  5:30 

                                  Weekdays by appointment when space is available,
                                          usually early afternoon. 

During the summer (June 23-Aug 19) you may choose from the following times: 10:00;  11:30;  1:00;  or 2:30

  • Paper Cups
  • Napkins
  • Table Cloth
  • T-shirt for birthday child

WHAT DOES THE FAMILY SUPPLY FOR THE PARTY?

  • Candles and matches for the cake
  • Any EXTRAS you desire
